Frequently Asked Questions
Can anonymized data be restored later?
No. The Data Anonymization Package performs operations directly at the database level. Once data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized, restoring it to its previous state is technically impossible. This ensures the highest level of data security.
How do we manage data disposal records (minutes)?
Once the process is completed, the system automatically generates a record. It can be downloaded as a PDF and, after signing it with a wet signature as required by law, upload its digital copy back into the system attachments to retain it for three years.
Does it cover only employee data?
By default, the package is designed for employee data (Person Type: P) and comes with relevant categories. However, it can be expanded to other types of personal data processed in your organization through “Business Partner Type” adaptations.
Do I have to control the process manually?
No. When scheduled as a background job, the system automatically scans according to the filters and time intervals you define and prepares approval documents.
